Project #1: Sandblasting and reservoir restoration, pharmaceutical plant, Montreal
Background
High-pressure cleaning, then dry abrasive blasting to an SSPC SP-10 (near-white) finish over approximately 500 sq. ft., followed by a two-coat Belzona coating. Work performed in a confined space with an attendant, tripod, winch, 4-gas detector and ventilation.
Result: a like-new reservoir, without the cost of a replacement.
Project #2: Design and installation of a complete chemical treatment system for a cooling tower: controller, metering pumps, automatic blowdown, filtration, and corrosion monitoring.
