Background
For the City of Gatineau, we clean the cooling towers at the start and end of every season: lockout/tagout, descaling, top-to-bottom high-pressure washing and a complete report following the procedure.
Project #2: Cleaning four towers in two days, food processing plant, Candiac
Background
Towers were locked out and cleaned one at a time, in coordination with the plant operators: descaling, high-pressure washing and debris vacuuming. High-pressure extension wands made it possible to clean the upper sections without scaffolding. Sealing gaskets on the upper basins were redone, followed by a photo report.
Result: no production downtime and no scaffolding to install.
