Our process
1
On-site training
We train a stationary engineer directly on site, according to your facility’s layout and regulatory requirements.
2
Integration into your operations
The mechanic takes over your rounds and fits into your maintenance routine, with no downtime.
3
Follow-up and continuity
We provide follow-up and arrange for a replacement when needed, so the service never stops.
Key benefits of the service
The right personnel, without the risk or delay of recruiting.
Already-qualified personnel
You avoid the risk of a bad hire: our people meet our expectations before they meet yours.
Available when you need them
A day off, a work peak, a vacant position: we fill the need without the delay of a hire.
Versatile
A mechanic who monitors, diagnoses and repairs, not just someone who tests the water.
Related projects
Project #1: Daily stationary engineer rounds, industrial site, Mirabel
Background
The client needed to monitor its installations every day without employing a full-time stationary engineer. TDST provides a certified mechanic for daily rounds, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The mechanic:
- inspects and checks the equipment;
- performs water tests and reports any anomalies;
- writes the procedures logbook required by regulations.
An emergency service is available 24/7, with an on-site response in approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Result: installations monitored every day and compliant with regulations, without the burden of a permanent employee.
Project #2: Replacement of the regular mechanic, educational institution, Montreal
Background
During absences and holidays, we provide coverage for the stationary engineer: inspection, diagnosis, repair and service calls 24/7.
